How Imagine Zero of Weld County came to be
Imagine Zero of Weld County (IZWC) began in August 2018 when multiple non-profits teamed up to harness their passion and energy for suicide prevention. Many of our collaborating organizations were born out of personal loss of loved ones to suicide, and now strive to prevent suicide and offer support to those who have experienced a similar loss. They are committed to tackling the challenge of suicide together.

Our partners are dedicated community members and organizations who share a passion to end suicide in Weld County.
Imagine Zero of Weld County is a charitable fund of the Weld Community Foundation.
North Range Behavioral Health is the Community Mental Health Center that serves Weld County and is the backbone agency for Imagine Zero of Weld County.
